How it works:
Grains are evenly distributed across the mesh screen, becoming stratified and separated by differences in specific weight through screen vibrations and rising airflow. Dust and other lightweight foreign materials are then efficiently conveyed to the dust collecting unit with the airflow. The sorted grain/stone mixture that passes through the upper and lower screens drops down to the resorting deck, where heavy materials, including stones and other foreign particles, are swiftly removed by the resorting screen.
